Continuous Delivery Pipeline

The Continuous Delivery Pipeline represents the workflows, activities and automation required to provide a continuous release of value to the end user, and consists of four elements:

  • Continuous Exploration
  • Continuous Integration
  • Continuous Deployment
  • Release on Demand

Continuously deliver value with ARTs

Program events drive the train, by creating a closed loop system to keep the train on the tracks

Art Sync to coordinate progress

  • Programs coordinate dependencies through ART Sync meetings
  • SMs and POs review Program Kanban and pull in more work base on available capacity
  • Discuss new work, prioritise, schedule meet afters and make deployment and release decisions as needed
  • The PI Planning's Program Board facilitates reviewing items in the 'implementing' state, including discussions of dependencies and execution
